Install TLauncher (or any Forge-capable launcher). It lets you play without a paid Mojang account.
In the launcher, install & select the Forge 1.16.5 profile, then launch once so the game folder is created.
Download our mods folder, open the game folder via the launcher's folder icon, and extract it into .minecraft, replacing the old one.
Launch Forge 1.16.5, add server minecraft.yitec.dev, and step into the city.
